Requirements
- Be an ISBT Member or become an ISBT Member before applying
- Be under 40 years old
- Actively working or starting to build a career in blood transfusion
The ISBT YPC aims to foster a community for those who are under 40 and are working in transfusion medicine. I personally have benefited from these ISBT YPC activities myself. So, it feels extremely rewarding to have the opportunity to learn and be a part of the work that goes on behind the scenes with the ISBT community in various parts of the world!
