The EUPLAN International Conference aims at promoting information exchange and update on basic and clinical research on blood platelets and megakaryocytes. More specifically, it is meant to provide thorough information on the mechanisms of platelet activation, aggregation, and thrombus formation for a better study and development of novel anti-platelet treatments and agents with high potential to prevent arterial thrombosis without side effect of bleeding.
