About the subgroup
The Social media subgroup includes young professional members of the Clinical Transfusion Working. The subgroup has representative members from all subgroups of the working party to create relevant scientific content and share the subgroup activities. All posts are made under the hashtag #ISBTClinical.
The subgroup objectives are:
- To share knowledge and experiences in the field of transfusion medicine with a global audience.
- To increase the branding for ISBT and the Clinical Transfusion Working Party and its subgroups through the different social media platforms.
Subgroup Activities
- We hold virtual meetings quarterly and meet in person at International and Regional conferences a minimum of once a year.
- We create scientific content in the field of clinical transfusion for the various ISBT social media accounts.
- We highlight the subgroups and members’ activities on the different social media channels.
