Registration fees
We encourage you to become an ISBT member and register early to benefit from lower registration fees.The fees vary depending on the date of registration and country of residence. The current list of countries classified by income can be found on the World Bank Index (WBI) website.

Congress party
There can't be an ISBT Congress without an ISBT Congress party! Date, location and time are still to be confirmed, so keep your eye out for more details.
The tickets costs €60 per person and have to be purchased on top of the Congress registration fee.The party ticket includes transportation, food, drinks and entertainment.
Congress location
The congress will take place at the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB).
Hotel accommodation
MCI The Netherlands has appointed Revolugo as the official accommodation booking agent and they are offering hotel accommodation for groups and individual bookings at different high-range hotels. The recommended hotels are located within a short walking distance from the convention centre. But there are also enough options further away from the convention centre, with easy access by public transportation or taxi.

Visa application
Depending on your country of origin, you may require a visa to travel to Spain. ISBT encourages all participants who require a visa to start the visa procedures as soon as possible to ensure the visa is issued on time.
