Registration fees
We encourage you to become an ISBT member and register early to benefit from lower registration fees.The fees vary depending on the date of registration and country of residence. The current list of countries classified by income can be found on the World Bank Index (WBI) website.

Congress Party
Join us for another unforgettable congress party! The party will take place on Monday, November 20, from 19:00 – 00:00 at Cabo Beach Club (12 S Arm Rd, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town). Tickets cost € 25 per person and can be purchased directly during the congress registration process.

Congress location
The 34th Regional Congress of the ISBT will take place at the Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC). The CTICC is a modern convention centre, located in the centre of Cape Town, a short stroll away from the beautiful V&A Waterfront.

Proof of attendance-fare eligibility
At any point of the journey, passengers have to be able to justify the usage of the discounted AIR FRANCE-KLM Global Meetings & Events fares by showing the proof of attendance-fare eligibility document. Participants will receive this document automatically when they book their tickets on the above online booking platform.
Accommodation
MCI The Netherlands has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent and is offering hotel accommodation for groups and individual bookings at four different high-range hotels. All hotels are located within a short walking distance from the convention centre.
Individual accommodation is bookable directly during the registration process.
